Meditation and Stress Management

As you may know, I have been teaching methods of stress management and meditation for many, many years. Each week we will discuss and practice methods for creating peace within ourselves, and for healing the effects of stress. The promise of this class is to teach you to find inner peace at will, and to use that peace to create a better sense of meaning and satisfaction in your life and in your relationships.
Please call me at (516) 354-3121 for information. This class is offered specifically for individuals who suffer from anxiety or stress. The fee for this group may be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your policy. Participants are asked to commit to attending at least 8 sessions.
